  Children created silhouettes in watercolours, charcoal and inks with Ann James.

Workshop 'Out of this World' held at Gasworks Park
20 January 2011
 

Children created and drew creatures which were inspired by the creatures in Shaun Tan's world of Utopia
from 'The Lost Thing'.
They then made 3D models from their drawings. These were then photographed against a painted backdrop.

Illustrator Ann James introduced children to a variety of techniques and tricks when using watercolour in workshop Wishy Washy! September 2005.

Ann James is well known for books such as 'The Midnight Gang', 'Penny Pollard's Diary', 'Little Humpty' and 'The Way I Love You'.
